Your inspection support at the workshop
STANCOD is a boutique inspection company based in Kocaeli, Türkiye. We support international clients with independent inspection and clear reporting. Assignments across Türkiye and overseas can be discussed according to project scope, travel arrangements and availability.
Our work covers structural steel, pressure vessels, columns, tanks, heat exchangers, piping, valves and skid-mounted equipment. We report what is complete, what remains open and what needs follow-up.
Inspection, quality and production progress
01 Vendor & Mechanical Inspection
Material certificates and traceability, visual and dimensional checks, pressure test and FAT witnessing, punch-list follow-up and manufacturing record review.
02 Welding & Steel Fabrication
WPS/PQR and welder qualification review, fit-up and welding surveillance, NDT follow-up and inspection record review.
03 Coating Inspection
Surface preparation, ambient conditions, coating application and dry-film thickness checks against project requirements.
04 Expediting & Vendor Assessment
Workshop visits, progress follow-up against the vendor schedule, quality record review and reporting of open production and documentation items.

Selected project experience
Pressure vessels and columns, pipe mill inspection, cryogenic tanks, structural steel and wind tower manufacturing, vendor assessments and FAT witnessing.
Titanium, Weld Overlay & Specialist Alloy Inspection
Specialist material experience includes:
- Titanium welding inspection and surveillance.
- Weld overlay (WOL) experience involving 309, 308 and 316 stainless steels, Inconel / Alloy 625 and Monel.
- Inspection of precision-machined components.
Inspection and documentation requirements are agreed for each assignment against the applicable drawings, WPS/PQR, ITP and project specifications.

Can reports be provided in English?
Yes. English-language reporting can be agreed for inspection and expediting assignments.
Can you work outside Türkiye?
Yes, subject to visa and travel arrangements, project scope and schedule. International work experience includes the United Kingdom, Jordan, Ukraine and Canada.
Can qualification documents be reviewed?
Relevant qualification details and supporting documents can be provided for supplier review. CSWIP, IWE and AMPP qualifications shown here belong to Erdem Ufuk Güven.
What should I send for a quotation?
The equipment, manufacturer and city, dates, expected duration and required activities. Include the ITP and specifications where available.
